About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Software Project Manager to lead and deliver technology-driven projects across a variety of domains. This is a full-time onsite position based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning execution and delivery of software projects while ensuring alignment with business goals timelines and budget.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan execute and manage software projects from initiation to closure

• Collaborate with clients developers designers QA teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope

• Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation

• Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups retrospectives and reviews

• Ensure quality and timely delivery of project outputs in line with business objectives

• Prepare and deliver project documentation reports and performance updates to stakeholders

• Coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and productivity

• Manage scope changes budget tracking and delivery timelines with proper change control processes

• Facilitate the adoption of Agile and DevOps best practices across teams

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field

• 3 years of project management experience in software development

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira Trello ClickUp or Asana

• Working knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git) CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (e.g. AWS Azure GCP)

• Familiarity with technologies like REST APIs databases (SQL/NoSQL) and web development fundamentals

• Excellent organizational analytical and leadership skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• PMP PMI-ACP or Scrum Master certification (preferred)
