About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and deliver a range of technology initiatives. This is a full-time onsite position based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT projects end-to-end ensuring they are completed on time within budget and aligned with business goals.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Plan execute and manage IT projects including infrastructure software and system upgrades

Define project scope goals deliverables timelines and resource allocations
-
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development infrastructure QA and support
-
Monitor project progress and proactively address risks issues and changes
-
Communicate project status to stakeholders executives and team members
-
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards
-
Maintain project documentation including plans reports and post-implementation reviews
-
Manage vendors and third-party service providers as needed
-
Support the development and improvement of internal project management processes
-
Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation of completed solutions for long-term support
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (Masters or PMP/Prince2 preferred)

Minimum 35 years of experience in IT project management or related roles
-
Proven experience managing software development IT infrastructure and/or systems integration projects
-
Strong understanding of SDLC Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
-
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Asana Trello)
-
Basic technical knowledge of networking cloud computing (Azure/AWS) databases and system architecture
-
Excellent organizational leadership and problem-solving skills
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
-
Relevant certifications such as PMP PMI-ACP Prince2 or ITIL are highly desirable
