Job Description
Job Title: Technical Product Manager
Location: Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila
Work Setup: Onsite
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: PHP 00 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between stakeholders regulatory bodies and internal teams.
- Lead and participate in technical meetings clearly explaining complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Coordinate project timelines requirements and expectations with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Identify technical and compliance risks and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation and support audit and review processes.
- Provide training and updates on systems tools and best practices as needed.
- Act as the point of escalation for technical issues helping resolve them in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years in a technical role (e.g. software development IT or technical project management).
- Proven experience in client-facing roles including communication with C-level executives and regulatory agencies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Tagalog is a plus).
- Solid knowledge of system integration infrastructure and compliance.
- Ability to represent the product in external discussions and answer technical questions with confidence.
- Background in Fintech or Online Gaming is highly preferred.
- Developer background or strong technical fluency is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving organizational and PR skills.
