Job Description
The Senior Graphic Designer at Omni Channel Solutions is an integral part of a team of talented Creatives across multiple disciplines. In this role you execute creative activities through the overall conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet the organizations marketing strategies and revenue goals. With your solid understanding of typography layout illustration and art direction you are responsible for driving the creative direction of campaigns and producing captivating and compelling designs for our clients. To help the team deliver the best work possible you also communicate progress and timelines effectively and contribute to the entire creative process.
As a highly organized individual you use your time efficiently and concentrate on the more important priorities. You have the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job to a high level of accomplishment picking up new products and brands quickly. Being a naturally creative person you are seen as a significant presence in brainstorming settings who can generate many new and unique ideas. With a curious nature and strong communication and listening skills you always ask the right questions to fully understand your clients wants and needs. You are a keen observer of people and culture. Having a finger on the pulse of design you possess the ability to identify what styles are currently trending.
As a Graphic Designer you are passionate about design and flexible to work on various assignments with the ability to learn quickly. You are confident in sharing your ideas and open to exchanging feedback so you can improve your craft. Your focus is to deliver high-quality and commercial creative solutions that effectively tell the clients brand story build awareness and ultimately help drive conversion.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years as a Graphic Designer ideally working as part of a fast-paced Creative Team
- Bachelors degree preferred in Graphic Design or associated subject
- Skilled user of Adobe Creative Suite Products
- Web and Motion Design Animation and Branding experience is a significant plus
- Proficient user of standard office software (MS Office etc.)
- Experience in agile working in a fluid customer-focused environment
- Advertising or Marketing Agency experience is a significant bonus but not essential
- Strong and effective communicator in written spoken and visual
- Experience in working as part of a wider high-performing team
- Proven track history of driving your own professional and personal development
