For TenneT we are looking for a:

Work preparation location security (HV station) / physical security

The Bay Replacement Program (BRP):

TenneT is facing a major replacement task of 110kV and 150 kV stations in the Netherlands. Of these approximately 150 units must be replaced/renewed because they are approaching the end of their lifespan. In addition the replacement must respond to the energy transition and the capacity of many stations must be increased. This is a challenging task that can only be achieved with an innovative approach.

The approach consists in a nutshell of standardization and modularization. The design of the stations is standardized and the standardized modules are mass-produced in a factory. The work at the location of the high-voltage station is minimized with this approach. Only in this way can many stations be converted in a relatively short time at optimal costs.

The approach outlined is very different from what is currently customary. That is why six stations are now being realised as Proof of Concept. This will test the feasibility of the new concept. Following the Proof of Concept phase the Test phase is currently being prepared. This is a next group of 12 stations that will be built following the Proof of Concept stations. The aim of this test phase is to further test the feasibility of the approach with other market parties and to further optimise it. Both the Proof of Concept stations and the Test phase stations are being realised by multiple Contractors based on UAV-GC Design and construct contracts.

Job description:

The work planner is responsible for all preparatory activities in such a way that projects and/or work can be started and completed undisturbed in accordance with the agreements.

The main activities include:

You provide the necessary materials equipment and third-party services;

You provide all necessary information and inform those involved;

Provides input for project planning and planning typicals;

Coordinates with involved parties regarding the planning of deliveries;

Ensures that he is continuously informed of progress and takes action where necessary;

Handles correspondence with stakeholders and prepares orders in the financial systems and processes (orders) of deliveries;

Coordinates financial information with the financial administrative employee;

Ensures that the risk file for the projects is up-to-date and correct;

Evaluates the progress of work reports on deviations and records learning moments;

Maintains the administrative status of additional work (RFCs);

Ensures that the long-term (critical) personnel requirements of the project are processed in the systems;

Supports the project manager construction manager and the project team;

In collaboration with the team provides information for the monthly project progress meeting (OHW meeting);

Supports the development of (standard) processes.

Wanted:

You have at least MBO or HBO work and thinking level demonstrable by means of a diploma;

You have at least 3 years of experience as a work planner (see also the information provided under important);

Experience with SAP is an absolute plus

You have an excellent command of Dutch and good spoken and written English;

You are described by those around you as professional environmentally aware assertive and independent;

Important:

Niche profile; focus is explicitly on candidates with experience with location and/or physical security at HV stations. Candidate with experience with construction projects is too far removed from the required. Candidate with less experience as a pure work planner but more as a security guard at HV stations and who wants to master the subject matter is also an option. Security experience carries more weight;

Other:

A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) must be received before a candidate can start.

A Pre-Employment Screening (PES) is carried out as standard upon commencement of employment.

Location: mainly at the project locations (HV stations) in the south of the Netherlands. Examples of current projects: Breda and Terwinselen;

Given the presence at the project locations in the south of the Netherlands the candidate must reside in North Brabant (center / east / south) or Limburg;

Unfortunately the role is not suitable for the use of an independent contractor;

Rate depends on the knowledge and skills of the candidate.

Additional information:

Suppliers of candidates must be aware of the applicable laws and regulations regarding employment conditions and the (TenneT) collective labor agreement. This deployment falls under scale 6 of the TenneT collective labor agreement.
