Job Description
Job Title: PHP Developer HR System Development
Location: Rajagiriya
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To:Project Lead
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated PHP Developer to design develop and implement a custom Human Resource Management System (HRMS) tailored to our organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have strong back-end development experience in PHP and be capable of building scalable secure and user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop a comprehensive HR system including modules for employee records attendance leave management payroll and performance tracking.
Write clean efficient and maintainable PHP code.
Integrate third-party APIs and systems (e.g. payroll email notifications).
Develop secure authentication and user role-based access.
Work closely with HR and management to gather requirements and implement custom features.
Maintain documentation for system architecture configuration and user manuals.
Conduct testing debugging and performance optimization.
Ensure data security compliance and system scalability.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a PHP Developer (minimum 3 years).
Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel CodeIgniter or Symfony.
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript jQuery or React is a plus)
Solid understanding of MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
Experience in building HR or ERP systems is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Prior experience working on HRMS or enterprise systems.
Understanding of payroll compliance leave policies and data privacy laws.
