Position Overview:
We are looking for a Solutions Architect (Presales Engineer) with 3 years of experience in networking and security presales. This role involves collaborating with sales teams designing tailored IT solutions and effectively communicating technical value propositions to clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Design tailored IT solutions using technologies like Cisco Fortinet VMware Trend Micro and others
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop high-quality technical and commercial proposals including responses to RFPs and RFQs
- Prepare and maintain detailed High-Level and Low-Level Design documents (HLD/LLD) to support Deployment and Support teams
- Ensure all proposed solutions meet customer requirements comply with industry standards and align with business objectives
- Participate in internal design validation and peer review processes
Requirements:
- 3 years in presales or solutions architecture with a focus on networking and security
- Strong technical knowledge in Cisco Fortinet VMware Trend Micro and related enterprise technologies
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Telecommunications or a related field
- Preferred certifications: CCNA/CCNP Fortinet NSE VMware VCP
