La risorsa ricercata sar inserita allinterno della divisione Customer Operations e si occuper dello svolgimento delle seguenti attivit:
Inserimento ordini e compilazione scheda anagrafica cliente;
Contatti con fornitore esterno per la risoluzione di problematiche operative;
Assistenza telefonica o via mail ad affiliati legata a temi di fatturazione elettronica;

Se hai unesperienza pregressa in un ruolo analogo o nel settore del Customer Care hai un forte orientamento allobiettivo e hai voglia di metterti in gioco in un ambiente stimolante e multinazionale inviaci la tua candidatura ed entra a far parte del nostro team Customer Operations.
