Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. As a Customer Service Executive you will play a crucial role in maintaining our service excellence by handling international voice processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated good communication skills suitable for coordinating with international clients (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to work efficiently as a fresher and adapt quickly to new environments (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in international voice process operations managing and resolving client issues.
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
- Proficiency in call handling with the ability to manage multiple calls effectively.

- Basic problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
