Working Hours: Rotative shifts between 2:00 PM 7:00 AM (Monday to Sunday)
Language Requirement: English C2 level (Native/Fluent)
We are looking for a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers providing top-tier service and support across various channels.
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email or chat
Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right tools
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints
Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Fluency in English (C2 level) verbal and written
EU Citizenship or valid work permit in Greece
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Previous experience in customer support is a plus
Team player with problem-solving attitude
Monthly Salary: 1200 x 14 payments (includes Easter Summer and Christmas bonuses)
Performance Bonus (subject to confirmation)
Meal Allowance: 50/month (voucher)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day 5 days/week)
