Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Odoo Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our technical team. The candidate should have a solid understanding of Odoos framework and be capable of developing and customizing modules as well as integrating Odoo with external systems through APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Integrate Odoo with external platforms and third-party applications via RESTful APIs.
- Design and implement automated workflows and data exchanges between Odoo and other business tools (e.g. accounting CRM HR systems).
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and customizations.
- Generate reports using QWeb/XML and Odoos reporting engine.
- Debug and fix issues related to module performance data flow or API communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 12 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
- Proficiency in Python and understanding of Odoo ORM.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL queries.
- Good experience in working with REST APIs and web service integration.
- Familiarity with core Odoo modules (especially HR MRP and Sales).
- Ability to write XML views and QWeb reports.
- Comfortable using Git and working in Linux environments.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Odoo Enterprise (v18).
- Exposure to or Odoo Online.
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML CSS JS).
- Ability to work independently and deliver clean well-documented code.
