SAP Application & Process Manager IT Department (Team Lead)
Location: Singen Germany Hybrid with Travel

An international industrial group is seeking a skilled and proactive SAP Application & Process Manager to lead its SAP team within the central IT department. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in SAP systems team leadership and manufacturing environments.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 SAP and business application specialists
- Harmonize and integrate business processes and SAP architecture across departments and sites
- Plan coordinate and implement SAP and digital transformation projects across all phases
- Facilitate workshops create decision-making documentation and maintain process standards
- Engage with business units local and central IT and international sites to ensure alignment
- Ensure SAP systems and interfaces support efficient operations in a production environment
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives involving technologies like IoT Industry 4.0 and Cloud
- Promote corporate values and support new initiatives aligned with company strategy
- Travel between locations as needed to support project implementation and team collaboration
Your Profile:
- Masters degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related discipline
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing people in an intercultural context
- Solid expertise in SAP architecture and its interfaces
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their integration with SAP
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Hands-on mindset and strong analytical skills with problem-solving ability
- Ability to lead change initiatives in dynamic global environments
- Proactive in sharing applying and developing best practices
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

- This position includes managerial responsibility
- Work permit/residence permit applications are accepted
