About the Role
Our Optimise - Outsourced Finance team is expanding and were looking for an Associate to join our vast community of solvers. The Optimise - Outsourced Finance teambrings our purpose to life by helping organisations design and implement organisational models that will deliver maximum agility flexibility and responsiveness for their business. As part of our team youll focus on performing organisational diagnosis through capability reviews evaluating structure and team design and analysing organisation cost-effectiveness to deliver adaptable and sustainable value for our clients.
Youll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Bookkeeping; skilled in using Xeros full functionality across AP payroll reporting custom templates and activity statements
Broad understanding of the reporting and compliance obligations of Australian entities as well as how to streamline tasks and processes to improve efficiency.
In our Optimise - Outsourced Financeteam your impact will be seen by:
Helping our client base of Australian businesses global organizations and not-for-profits improve the way they work
Using your skills in delivering high-quality bookkeeping services by keeping up to date with and adopting new technology and processes to improve efficiency
Providing trust in the numbers by ensuring accuracy in high-volume transaction processing end-of-month functions and reconciliations
Assisting our clients in maintaining financial security by adhering to legal requirements and Australian compliance standard
