The Quality Assurance Operations group has oversight of the manufacturing areas including process technology transfer master batch record review and approval on-the-floor support production disposition and shipping.

This is a full-time on-site salaried position Monday - Friday 1st Shift

The Role:

• Lead team members to improve and reinforce performance of others
• Take responsibility for direct reports performance by setting clear goals and expectations tracking progress against the goals ensuring constructive feedback and addressing performance-related concerns and issues promptly
• Accountable for daily operations to maintain Quality standards and project timelines including execution of work coordination with stakeholders and communication with leadership
• Develop and implement action plans to address gaps and achieve department objectives
• Author revise and approve procedures and protocols associated with the assigned functional area; Write review and approve deviation and investigation records
• Ensures employee training is executed according to defined training plans and maintains current training plans
• Supports change control review and implementation
• Other duties as assigned

The Candidate:

• Requires Doctorate Degree in STEM discipline with minimum of 3 years related experience OR
• Masters Degree in STEM discipline with minimum of 6 years related experience OR
• Bachelors Degree in STEM discipline with minimum of 7 years related experience
• Must have minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Ability to combine and interpret data from multiple disciplines and commanding understanding of full Biologics process is required
• Must be well organized with ability to handle and direct multiple activities within the department simultaneously
• Frequent sitting standing walking reading of written documents and use of computer monitor screen reaching with hands and arms talking writing listening is required
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds is required
