Job Description
If the sound of students laughing singing and playing is music to your ears were interested in talking with you! We have an immediate opening for a School Van Drivers. The successful candidate will have experience driving as well as working with children and were anxious to talk with anyone who has transported grade school-aged kids to school in the past. Our transportation team is an essential part of our community and we value their contributions. We offer excellent opportunities comprehensive training and a competitive salary to the right individual.
Note that this is a school year position with regular work scheduled again beginning August 2024.
- Transport children to and from school in the mornings and afternoons
- Maintain a clean and mechanically-sound vehicle at all times
- Obey all traffic laws
- Perform inspections of the vehicles before and after each route
- Ensure safety of all students
- Assist students with getting on and off at each stop
- Attend regular team & safety meetings
