Job Description
One of the largest privately owned Automotive Dealer Groups in West Tennessee has expanded its line of franchises and is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to become part of our organization. We are searching for a talented individual to assist in keeping our locations looking and functioning properly on a daily basis We have 13 new car franchises and approximately 600 employees. We will provide the tools to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You must have a Can-Do attitude to achieve goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years previous facility experience with multiple locations
- Managing vendors on a daily basis
- Heating and Air experience a plus
- Managing schedule and cost
- Prioritizing and competing task in a timely manner
- Maintain positive relationship with all internal customers
- Excellent organizational and management skills
