Forge & Build is Hiring a Store Associate: Sales
Forge & Build is immediately hiring aStore Associate: Sales to join our Ava MOteam to be responsible forSALES/DELIVERY/ETC.
Pay range:$18- $20
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (On call during the weekend only in special circumstances)

Primary Responsibilities
- Associate will assist in the receiving stocking cleaning merchandising and overall store cleanliness
- Maintain a friendly helpful attitude
- Assist customers in solving their problems
- Maintain a positive professional and safe environment at all times
- Assist in keeping the sales floor clean and orderly including signage and bintags
- Maintain strong product knowledge
- Provide outstanding customer service
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Former retail or trade (ex: building electrical plumbing HVAC) experience preferred
- Standing walking lifting (up to 50lbs) and climbing required
- Inherent desire to learn and develop on an individual basis
- Strive for continuous improvement
- This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 paneldrug screen
