Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Provide general office support to the Campus Inclusion Center Summer 2025 only. Assist with event setup program coordination and perform general clerical and administrative tasks associated with CIC programs and events.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Event set-up event dcor for Heritage months & DEI events.

Research of DEI content and topics evaluating DEI surveys and review Campus Inclusion suggestion box entries for programming ideas.

Creating posters and/or fliers for CIC related events and programs.

Provide general clerical/administrative support for CIC programs and events.

FEDERAL WORK STUDY REQUIREMENT

NO -- Federal Work Study eligibility not required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a current full-time student at Seton Hall University

Be in good academic standing with Seton Hall University

Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5

Be available to attend mandatory trainings and events

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Event set-up experience public relations/marketing experience (for student/campus events) poster/flier design capabilities
