THE POSITION
The Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team as a Program Analyst 3. This position is within the Office of Victim Services (OVS) and provides oversight and direction for the daily operation of Pennsylvanias Sexual Assault Kit (SAK) Tracking System. Our mission is to enhance the quality coordination and planning within the criminal and juvenile justice systems to facilitate the delivery of services to victims of crime and to increase the safety of our communities. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Program Analyst 3 you willwill provide vital oversight for the SAK Tracking Systemand serve as a key liaison between project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration among partners statewide. Specific responsibilities entail managing the overall functionality of the SAK Tracking System which encompasses system configuration maintaining a comprehensive statewide user agency database administering user credentials and access providing ongoing user support and developing and delivering training materials for user agencies. You will also be tasked with conducting data review and analysis to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the SAK Tracking System.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday - Friday with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework:You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time and report to the office at least one day per month. In order to telework you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary:In some cases the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Program Analyst 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Three years of analytical experience two of which include professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations and a bachelors degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
