Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients navigate their insurance needs and possess strong sales skills. This role requires an individual who is comfortable with outside sales has excellent customer service abilities and is capable of negotiating effectively.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide clients with information on various insurance products and services.
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to meet client needs.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and promote services.
- Administer benefits information to clients ensuring they understand their coverage options.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Arizona
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Insurance Agent or Producer
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team setting
- Familiarity with industry software
