Job Summary:
The Program Assistant I is an independent and multifaceted position reporting to the Associate Director of Finance and Administration within the Department of Psychiatry. This position will provide comprehensive office administration and support which encompasses the execution of office management processes and facilities management. This position will perform a variety of activities such purchasing assisting with onboarding addressing facilities requests contract negotiations and participating in/maintaining emergency response protocols. The Program Assistant I will also be a main point of contact for the Department and as such will need to know and understand all relevant processes policies and workflows top successfully respond to inquiries address concerns problem solve and propose changes to processes when necessary.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $53390 $66203.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation depending on the level.
