The goal is to become the preferred brand of choice with every residential and commercial swimming pool and spa.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and technically savvy Video and Digital Content Creator to bring our pool equipment brand to life across digital platforms. This role blends engaging video storytelling with high-quality asset creation for ecommerce digital marketing websites and training. You will play a key part in communicating the value performance and innovation behind our product in a way that is clear energetic and visually compelling. This role will collaborate closely with the marketing design and product teams to align on deliverables and ensure the content is consistent with our brand standards.
This position will either be located at our Charlotte Clemmons/Mocksville or Phoenix AZ location. Successful candidate will work onsite at one of these locations with our growing team! Candidate must live within a reasonable driving commuting distance. (This is not 100% remote position)
Responsibilities
Video Production: conceptualize script shoot and edit high-quality videos including how-tos product demos behind-the-scenes features and promotional videos. Bring a high-energy consumer-friendly feel to technical topics making them easy to understand and visually engaging.
Digital Asset Creation: design infographics product comparison visuals web banners and other visual aids for use on our website and in digital campaigns. Create branded assets for Ecommerce listings (Amazon Leslies etc.) including A content and enhanced brand content. Create engaging instructional and training materials for dealers distributors and customers
Photography: work closely with our marketing sales and product management team to capture dynamic engaging and professional photos of Haywards products as well as our customers pools and spas. The role will include travel to various on-site locations to capture these photos as well as time in various studios around the country.
Copywriting: the position will work collaboratively with the marketing product and sales teams to develop the scripts and copy to accompany the digital assets created for the various digital channels.
Proactive Engagement: the successful candidate will be expected to work proactively with the Marketing and Creative teams anticipating photography and videography content needs ahead of key deadlines and deliverables.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Motion Design Multimedia Design Visual Communication or a related field.
Experience:
o 3 years of experience in content creation video production graphic design or a similar role.
o Experience producing content for various platforms such as eCommerce Amazon Social media and YouTube.
Skills:
o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premier Pro After Effects Illustrator Photoshop) or similar tools.
o Photography and videography experience.
o Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills.
o Proficiency with social media platforms and tools.
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Portfolio: A portfolio of previous work showcasing a range of content types and styles is required. Heavy emphasis will be placed on photography and videography examples.
Bonus: Experience in pool industry home improvement or DIY is a plus
