The Role: Build the AI Infrastructure Behind Our Products
As a Backend Engineer in our AI team you wont be training models youll be putting AI to work across Simployers ecosystem. Youll help extend our internal AI engine integrate it into our domain modules and make it accessible reliable and scalable.
Youll work hands-on with C# Python or TypeScript to build APIs and backend functionality that powers AI-driven features. Whether its contextual assistants intelligent workflows or smart insights your work will shape how AI becomes a native part of our platform.
This is applied AI with impact designed built and shipped to production.
