Your Mission
- Safety checks and maintenance: You carry out regular inspections of our e-bikes and ensure that they are in top condition for our customers
- Fault diagnosis and repairs: you will recognize and fix recurring problems and share your findings and solutions with the team if necessary
- Spare parts organization:You order and manage spare parts in our storage so that you are always optimally equipped
- Complete fleet support:You take responsibility for your fleet from initial inspection to final acceptance
- On-site service:You visit our partner companies to maintain and repair their e-bikes directly on-site
- Focus on customer satisfaction: actively gather feedback from our customers to ensure that they are completely satisfied with our service and encourage dialogue with them
Your skills and qualifications
- Experience: Practical knowledge in electronics mechanics two-wheeler or automotive mechatronics engineering or mechanical engineering is advantageous. Alternatively a strong technical understanding and relevant personal experience are also acceptable
- Passion for Bikes: E-bikes and bicycles are your passion and you know how to repair them
- Language Skills: Basic English is required
- Limited Contract: The position is offered on a limited contract basis
