Job Summary
As the Loss Prevention & Safety Supervisor you are responsible for protecting people products and assets across retail locations. This includes preventing theft fraud and shrinkage ensuring safety compliance managing surveillance systems and promoting a strong safety culture through training and awareness.
Main Responsibilities
Loss Prevention & Asset Protection
- Enforce procedures to prevent theft fraud and inventory loss.
- Monitor operations and POS transactions for suspicious activity.
- Conduct audits and investigate incidents reporting findings to management.
Safety & Security Oversight
- Ensure compliance with health safety and airport regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections.
- Lead emergency preparedness activities and coordinate with authorities.
Surveillance & Monitoring
- Oversee CCTV systems and manage video evidence handling.
- Supervise internal/external security personnel and ensure policy compliance.
Training & Awareness
- Lead training sessions on safety and loss prevention for staff and managers.
- Promote awareness campaigns to reduce risk and incidents.
- Support onboarding with safety/security orientation for new employees.
Reporting & KPI Tracking

Track shrinkage safety incidents and compliance metrics.

Maintain incident logs and follow-up action plans.

Recommend corrective or preventive measures to management.
Main Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Security or Risk Management (or related field).
- At least 3 years of experience in loss prevention retail security or safety roles.
- Strong investigative skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems alarms safety protocols and basic first aid.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Khmer.
