Day: Monday to Saturday
Time: 10am to 7pm

We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in SEO and Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads) to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): *

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and technical SEO audits.

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.

  • Optimize website content meta tags and structured data.

  • Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics Search Console and SEO platforms (e.g. SEMrush Ahrefs).

  • Improve website loading speed mobile responsiveness and overall UX from an SEO perspective.

Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads): *

  • Plan create and manage high-performing ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.

  • Develop creative ad copies visual assets and landing pages for campaigns.

  • Track conversions measure ROI and analyze campaign effectiveness.

  • Optimize campaign targeting bidding strategy and budget allocation.

  • Provide in-depth reports and insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

E-commerce Website & Digital Campaigns: *

  • Collaborate with web development and content teams to improve website usability and conversion rates.

  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using marketing tools.

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Use website analytics to inform and guide ongoing marketing efforts.

General Responsibilities: *

  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends algorithm updates and best practices.

  • Work cross-functionally with sales creative and content teams.

  • Meet performance goals and KPIs on traffic lead generation and conversions.

  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations.

Requirements: *

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and Paid Ads.

  • Proven track record in driving website traffic and conversions.

  • Proficient with Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Meta Ads Manager.

  • Strong grasp of SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs SEMrush Ubersuggest).

  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently and collaboratively.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.

  • Knowledge of content marketing copywriting and brand storytelling.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Google Ads Google Analytics HubSpot).

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Mailchimp Klaviyo or Zoho.
