We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in SEO and Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads) to join our team. Conduct comprehensive keyword research and technical SEO audits.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
Optimize website content meta tags and structured data.
Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics Search Console and SEO platforms (e.g. SEMrush Ahrefs).
Improve website loading speed mobile responsiveness and overall UX from an SEO perspective.
Plan create and manage high-performing ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
Develop creative ad copies visual assets and landing pages for campaigns.
Track conversions measure ROI and analyze campaign effectiveness.
Optimize campaign targeting bidding strategy and budget allocation.
Provide in-depth reports and insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with web development and content teams to improve website usability and conversion rates.
Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using marketing tools.
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Use website analytics to inform and guide ongoing marketing efforts.
Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends algorithm updates and best practices.
Work cross-functionally with sales creative and content teams.
Meet performance goals and KPIs on traffic lead generation and conversions.
Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and Paid Ads.
Proven track record in driving website traffic and conversions.
Proficient with Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Meta Ads Manager.
Strong grasp of SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs SEMrush Ubersuggest).
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently and collaboratively.
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
Knowledge of content marketing copywriting and brand storytelling.
Relevant certifications (e.g. Google Ads Google Analytics HubSpot).
Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Mailchimp Klaviyo or Zoho.
