Support customers with booking upgrades changes or general inquiries
Offer friendly solution-oriented service via phone email and chat
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Ensure all interactions meet quality and compliance standards
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and procedures
Portuguese (Native)
Spanish (C1)
English (Minimum B2)
Experience in customer service (ideally in tourism or hospitality)
Excellent communication skills and empathy
Comfortable using digital tools and working in a structured environment
Availability to start training on 4th June 2025
Located in or willing to relocate to Mlaga
