Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Technician to join our team. As a Security Technician you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in Access Control Alarm and Camera Systems.
You will utilize your expertise with power tools mechanical knowledge low voltage systems blueprint reading computer hardware schematics and computer networking to assist and complete the task assigned to your job.
Duties:
- Install maintain and troubleshoot security systems including intrusion detection systems (IDS) access control systems and surveillance cameras
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment to ensure proper functioning
Experience:
- Proven experience working with IDS power tools mechanical knowledge low voltage systems blueprint reading computer hardware schematics and computer networking
- Strong knowledge of security principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations quickly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
This is a full-time position offering competitive pay based on experience.
