-Or possession of Five-Year Early Intervention Service Coordinator Credential issued pursuant to rule. 3 or more years of experience delivering Part C service coordination services to eligible families infants & toddlers under IDEA Part C.
-Or possession of Five-Year Early Intervention Service Coordinator Supervisor Credential issued pursuant to rule. 3 or more years of experience delivering Part C service coordination services to eligible families infants & toddlers under IDEA Part C.
-Or possession of a current Ohio license & 3 or more years of experience delivering early intervention services to eligible families infants & toddlers & meet qualified personnel standards pursuant to rule 5123-10 Appendix B.

Under administrative direction:
Unless required by legislation or union contract starting salary will be the salary of salary range 13 (step 1 $33.45 per hour) associated with this position.
All answers to the supplemental questions must be supported by the experience provided on your civil service application. Attachments will not be considered as part of your application.
DCYs core hours of operation are Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm however daily start/end times may vary based on operational need across DCY divisions. Employees may begin as early as 7:00am & as late as 9:00am based on supervisory approval. This position performs work on-site daily at DCYs office space.
Selection devices such as a structured interview proficiency instrument &/or assessment may be required for this position; Applicants must demonstrate proficiency with a passing score of applicable selection device to be considered for this position. All results will be maintained for 6 months. Applicant with a passing score will be retained & utilized for a 6-month period. Applicant with a failing score in the same position may not re-take the same selection device for a 6-month period.
This position is designated as a field position. As a field worker an employee spends the majority of his/her time traveling for their position performing duties to include but not limited to inspections monitoring observing training technical assistance site visits conducting interviews reviewing records & data collection in various environments. Field workers are expected to manage their daily itineraries report progress & coordinate their travel schedule with their supervisor. This designation is determined & approved only by management. Field workers are also required to report to the DCY Office Space on a quarterly basis & based on operational need.
Travel required as needed. Must provide own transportation or in order to operate a state vehicle you must have a valid drivers license.
