Job Responsibilities:
As our Controller youll be more than just a number cruncher youll be a key strategic partner in our organizations growth story.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the month-end closing process and financial reporting ensuring accuracy while continuously improving efficiency and preparation of account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in the preparation of financial reporting package and variance analysis.
- Responsible for revenue recognition job cost accounting and cost accrual procedures.
- Lead the development of innovative tools and processes to integrate our systems and enhance performance
- Partner with teams such as sales marketing pricing and inventory
- Build and maintain robust financial controls and procedures
- Bachelors in Accounting with 5 years of proven experience
- Technical proficiency in ERP and advanced Excel skills
- A passion for process improvement and data-driven decision making
- Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- An innovative mindset and desire to challenge the status quo
