We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Armys Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bells High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program a next generation stop-fold tilt-rotor. This position is onsite in Arlington.
Flight Research Center Aircraft Maintenance

The Flight Test team at Bell is responsible for safely executing all development and certification test activities for all novel civil and military programs. Working alongside like-minded talent youll be able to hone your technical abilities during aircraft development and gain experience in leadership while playing a significant role in propelling Bell forward as the leading edge in innovative future product development.
What youll be doing as an Aircraft Coordinator
The flight test Aircraft Coordinator role is an integral part of the test team that will:
Work closely with the flight test engineers to coordinate aircraft modification scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and instrumentation system integration and operation.
Maintain aircraft configuration control and manage aircraft availability for flight test.
Manage the daily design-built configuration of the aircraft to meet the test requirements established by Flight Test Engineering to support the planned flight tests.
Document and direct aircraft maintenance through the Aircraft Electronic Workbook process.
Work closely with the IPTs and project FTEs and provide direction to the Operations Supervisors to meet project schedule.
Work closely with MMUMs and EFUMs to maintain FAA conformity of experimental aircraft.
Maintain appropriate design-built conformity for all assigned test aircraft.
Meet all FAA and DCMA requirements for aircraft conformity. Comply with FOD Bell Safety and ITAR requirements.
Actively participate in problem-solving and contribute to the development of new techniques and standards.
