QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED
Previously held a classification or a position demonstrating the ability to operate manufacturing machinery or satisfactorily completed a company provided or outside training demonstrating some machine skills or equivalent to that required to operate manufacturing machinery.

JOB SCOPE:
Operate equipment to externally grind parts to required specifications. Operations include: External Grinder and Surface Grinder.
Operate machinery to machine process refurbish and finish parts to required specifications. Machining operations include: Machine Polishing Various Lathes and Milling Operations and other Manufacturing or Machining Operations.
Utilize equipment necessary to perform the following operations on engine components to required specifications: Straightening Assembling Bench Grinding and Polishing Mill and Drill Balancing and Automatic Saw.
Utilize blueprints processes bill of materials and measuring and inspection equipment to complete assigned tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform other duties inherently required of the job classification.
Perform assigned work in a safety conscious manner.
Perform assigned work to specified quality and production standards.
Maintain equipment and tools used by the individual in a clean condition.
Perform assigned cleaning required to maintain individuals immediate work area in a clean condition.
Prepare and/or maintain all documentation necessary to the duties of the job classification
