We Are Offering A $3000 Sign On Bonus!
Who we are looking for:
Are you the Overnight Licensed Practical Nursewe have been looking for In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others while working with a dynamic team of nurses by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!
Berkshire Meadowsoffers multiple services and programs for individuals with complex and significant medical intellectual and developmental differences. Programs include a 365-day-a-year residential school for students between the ages of 6 and 21 residential and day habilitation programs for adults and 24/7 nursing and medical services. Berkshire Meadows operates both in community settings and at a beautiful campus with state-of-the-art equipment and therapy animals as well as a fully accessible indoor pool.
Salary:$30.00/hr plus shift differentials
Schedule:10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us there are times where overtime may be mandated.
Sign-on Bonus: We are offering a $3000 sign on bonus ($1000 paid at time of hire $1000 paid after 3months of employment and another $1000 paid after 6 months).
JRI Provides The Training So That:
- YOU can follow all procedures related to authorization monitoring physicians orders observation and documentation.
- YOU can provide therapeutic interventions to assist students in attaining the goals and objectives on their Individualized Action Plans.
- YOU can develop medical/nursing goals and objectives to meet students health needs.
- YOU can implement nursing and medical objectives.
- YOU can arrange for medical consultations appointments and labs.

Requirements:
- Massachusetts LPN license.
- Remain awake throughout overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing of the individuals we serve.
