Job Description

The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for managing effective recruiting proceduresconducting virtual interviews developing recruitment strategies tracking recruitment data and creating job advertisements to ensure hires and retain the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. A key role of this position will be to create an environment and culture that provides strong vision direction and support to teams that will impact the growth and ensure success for all. Examples of Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with supervisor and department managers to determine hiring needs and develop multifaceted hiring programs.
  • Work with Hello Hire platform for interview scheduling
  • Determines applicant qualifications by conducting virtual interviews of applicants; analyzes responses; and compares qualifications to job requirements.
  • Creates posts and maintains job advertisements through the applicant tracking system (ATS) database.
  • Maintain Hireology applicant status and timeline
  • Prepares and sends offer letters and follow up communication
  • Coordinates on-boarding experience with the new hire; communicates recruitment process and orientation requirements.
  • Develops full cycle recruiting strategies to target and recruit candidates from a variety of sources using various techniques including third party job boards and industry events.
  • Represents company at internal and external job fairs attends trade shows conventions job and career fairs workshops and other company/client-sponsored events as necessary.

Examples of Job Qualifications:

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • One to three years related experience preferably high-volume recruiting healthcare is a plus.
  • Experience with recruitment processes best practices ATS and job board utilization
  • Ability to manage time and conduct scheduled interviews as set by Hello Hire
  • Success in a fast-paced recruiting environment preferred.
  • Ability to pass criminal background screen.
