Beech-A breezy poolside caf and bar Beech is your al fresco source for refreshing food and inspired drinks.
The ideal candidate is a dedicated and collaborative culinary professional with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for the culinary arts. A minimum of 12 years of line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen along with experience in hotel settings is preferred but not required. A solid understanding of safe cooking temperatures is essential. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are flexible eager to learn and committed to growing within a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Shift Pattern:AM and PM Shifts/ Full availability is needed including weekends and holidays

What will I be doing
As a Cook II you would be responsible for preparing cold food items in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Prepare cold food items including but not limited to salads fruits dressings fish items and appetizers according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
- Manage guest orders in a friendly timely and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and food products
- Stock and maintain designated food stations(s)
- Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
- Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal state local and company regulations
