Job Description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bloomfield NJ home care team as a Bilingual Nurse Manager (Spanish-speaking required) Part-time. Our Bloomfield office provides high-quality care to clients of all ages throughout Essex County and were looking for a compassionate leader to help guide our caregivers and support our mission.

What Youll Be Doing as a Nurse Manager:
- Lead and mentor a team of compassionate high-performing caregivers.
- Conduct in-home visits and assessments in Bloomfield and surrounding areas.
- Develop and manage care plans with a focus on safety and quality.
- Supervise and support CHHAs to ensure consistent excellent care.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and complete staff competency checks.
- Partner with office leadership to maintain the highest care standards.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (required).
- Strong communication organizational and mentoring skills.
