Job Description
Under limited supervision performs work of minimal difficulty in the repair and maintenance of tools and equipment pull and restock rental items performs related work as assigned. Must be able to operate forklifts safely.
- Diagnoses and repairs rental tools equipment and blocks used in the electrical power industry.
- Diagnoses and repairs customer tools equipment and blocks.
- Performs inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Pulls and loads orders of rental items for distribution to and from customer.
- Must be able to operate sit down and stand-up forklifts/pallet jacks
- General diagnosis and repair of mechanical hydraulic and small gasoline engine operated tools and equipment a plus but not necessary.
- Employment in a related field or any combination of education training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
