The Transition Service Architect will be part of our pre-sales Design team working closely with the wider Design team as well as our Sales community to assist in the production of transition services for our clients.
Today Natilik confidently guide our clients on their digital transformation through the service methodology of Discover Design Transition Manage and Success. The role of the Transition Service Architect is to complement our existing expertise in technical design by bringing project outcomes to the forefront and scoping transition services that meet our clients key business requirements.
If technology is at the heart of our clients digital transformation the user experience in taking them on that journey is the differentiator in project success and demonstrating our value add.
Our purpose is to lead with the right solutions while ensuring services are fully considered from the start. We want to focus on realising value through early engagementgaining a clear understanding of the governance processes and support our clients need to make the project a success.
By asking the right questions early we will help shape the opportunity align with strategic goals and set the direction for meaningful sustainable outcomes. We can focus on tailoring our delivery approach to their business requirements by analysing their processes.
The primary value of this role is to support our presales team by engaging with clients and prospects to generate positive interest in the Natilik services we can provide as well as education on the value add that can be gained from investment in Natiliks Transition services.
The secondary benefit of this role is supporting Natiliks goal to grow our Transition Services function and make it more outcome based. We want to expand our proposition by packaging our services and building out templates so speed up our quoting process.
Main activities tasks & duties
Collaborate directly with clients and clearly capture their requirements to design the appropriate transition service solutions to deliver the business outcomes.
Clearly articulate services and business value through client meetings and produce detailed clear and concise client facing documentation.
Build and maintain great relationships with clients prospects and internal stakeholders acting as a trusted services advisor / advocate for clients.
Working with internal stakeholders and clients on helping to correctly scope professional services and drive upsell of additional transition services
Work alongside internal stakeholders on commercial elements and pricing of proposed solutions.
Support the continual development of transition service solutions and packages as our wider solution portfolio evolves.
Conduct workshops with clients demonstrating business value of proposed services.

Non-Technical Skills & Abilities
Ability to build and maintain relationships across client teams and key stakeholders
Excellent communication skills required in order to listen understand and clearly capture client requirements whilst demystifying our services and explaining in simpler terms
Strong team player who enjoys working alongside others contributing and adding informed opinion and insights to discussions.
Engage and provide knowledge transfer of our value proposition to Sales and Design teams as necessary
Ability to perform client workshops and assist with services workshops
Experience in capturing requirements understanding and documenting business processes
Clearly articulate solutions and business value through proposal documentation such as Statement of Works (SOW) and Request for Proposals (RFP)
Ability to work effectively to strict timescales and manage multiple engagements simultaneously
A confident presenter who can articulate the logic on our proposed approach and clearly articulate the scope and outcomes leaving no ambiguity
Be able to peer review PS quotes and ensure that effort is aligned appropriately with the SOW and Salesforce activities
Able to manage and build valuable partnerships with key service partners
Good experience in delivering successful projects end-to-end for clients
Other valued skills and abilities are: Willingness to learn Attention to detail Numerate Analysis and Diagnosis Report creation Negotiation skills.
Technical Skills & Abilities:
Good working knowledge and experience of relevant project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Agile (accreditation advantageous)
Good understanding of the technical solutions we provide project services for ideally across multiple technology stacks
