- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficient in use of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Good German and English language skills
- Aircraft maintenance experience desirable.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Induct develop and assign revisions for drop-in work including the creation documentation using the current SAP program.
- Assist scheduler with Order parts update Schedule 2000 with revision data Lawson and SAP along with local vendors.
- Monitor receive and/or create POs request in SAP.
- Run labor reports (ZCLABOR) for assigned crew at the beginning and end of each shift to quickly resolve any clocking issues.
- Monitor WIP (work in progress) reports display the skills and ability to bring the revision to a debit memo request (DMR) for reviewing and posting by the General Manager or delegated representative. Coordinate action with CSM & General Manager to help achieve the monthly sales objectives.
- Help facilitate any issues that may arise between the service center and iMRO team when needed. This will include the ability to run and interpret reports using Electronic Data (EDW) to
- Determine where improvements need to be made with respect to current metrics.
- Complete iMRO requirements for TDY transfer of support staff between Service Centers.
- Handles routine paper work and completes forms in accordance with company policy.
- Update Schedule 2 system daily for revisions in service
- Support CSM with invoice creation.
