About the role
This position plays a critical role within the Emergency Services Program overseeing and coordinating the Independent Wellbeing Checks (IWC) program for the response workforce. This role ensures that volunteers and staff involved in emergency response and recovery activities receive timely and supportive follow-up to assess their wellbeing and provide necessary psychological first aid.
