What you need to be successful
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook Word and Excel).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Prior leadership experience is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a Manufacturing or Aviation environment is preferred.
- Bachelors or associate degree in a technical or related field is preferred.

525 Leader Assembly - 2nd Shift
Bring your technical expertise and leadership skills to lead our assembler mechanics and electricians. This role will be an integral part of the team working closely with customers and subcontractors. Youll be able to hone your technical abilities by troubleshooting problems all while gaining experience in leadership and communication. Reports directly to the Manager. Will be responsible for oversight and management of all Assembly operations and personnel on the 2nd shift.
What youll be doing as a 525 Leader Assembly - 2nd Shift
- Responsible for meeting and communicating the goals which support deliverables including safety quality schedule and cost; by working effectively with multiple functions (such as Supply Chain Process Engineering Continuous Improvement Quality etc.).
- Provides daily supervision and direction to personnel including mentoring developing disciplinary action as required daily work assignments.
- Assists with technical instruction as needed and works to resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner.
- Completes paperwork according to written procedures/processes as required.
- Maintains an in-depth knowledge of Bells department and plant policies and procedures.
- Develops plans to support company function and department goals and objectives.
- Maintains procedures related to area of responsibility.
- Maintains team environment that simultaneously includes compliance to requirements and continuous process improvement.
