Service Area: Roanoke Lynchburg South Boston Staunton Blacksburg Pearisburg VA
Office Pride is seeking a dependable experienced Area Manager to oversee cleaning teams across the Lynchburg/Roanoke region. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves daily travel to job sites coaching team members and ensuring our high standards of service are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations across multiple commercial cleaning accounts
- Travel regularly to sites in Roanoke Lynchburg South Boston Staunton Blacksburg
and Pearisburg - Hire train and support cleaning staff and site leads
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality safety and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong client relationships and handle service needs promptly
- Coordinate schedules and manage labor to stay within budget
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Area Manager or multi-site leadership role
- Professional references are required and will be verified
- Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills
- Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
- Comfortable with daily travel and flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends
- Salary $60000 including auto allowance (Exact salary based on experience and qualifications)
