Key duties of this position: Under limited direction performs a variety of cleaning work in offices classrooms restrooms and multi-purpose rooms; assists with colleges preventive maintenance program; maintains and beatifies grounds; ensures the delivery of quality maintenance and janitorial services. Responds to emergency janitorial and maintenance requests. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- One (1) year experience performing janitorial and maintenance services
- Proficient in computer applications
- Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent customer relations
- Demonstrated ability to follow various processes and procedures
- Must successfully pass criminal background check
- Valid drivers license
Schedule is Monday-Friday 8-Hour Shifts.
NOTE: THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION NOT TO EXCEED 1040 HOURS.
