HR-Intern

Channel Factory provides intelligent marketing solutions for the next generation of contextual

About the Role

Are you ready to kickstart your career in HR and gain valuable hands-on experience Channel Factory is excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated HR Intern with a passion for learning and growing in the field of Human Resources. Were looking for someone who thrives in a flexible and dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to our HR team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner adaptable and excited to gain practical experience in a fast-paced setting.


As an HR Intern youll work closely with our HR team to support various HR processes across the entire EMEA region. Youll have the opportunity to get involved in a range of HR activities gaining exposure to different aspects of HR while developing your skills.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks including working in our HR system BambooHR.
  • Contribute to the creation of an HR administration guide for basic administrative tasks.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees helping to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives gaining hands-on experience and understanding of HR processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Passionate about HR and eager to learn and develop your skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized detail-oriented and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Enthusiastic and ready to learn with a proactive approach to tasks.
