Description
Join INNIO as an experienced Engineer in Mechanical Simulation where youll collaborate with Analysis tools Design Mechanical Development New Technology and other supporting functions. Your expertise will guide the development of Jenbacher and Waukesha high-performance industrial reciprocating gas engines.

Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a global engineering team on Finite Element method development for INNIO Jenbacher products
- Dive into Thermo-Mechanical modeling and Structural Dynamics of core engine components (Cylinder Head Conrod Crankcase Piston etc.)
- Develop Pre and Post-Processing methods and automations using Python to enhance Speed Efficiency and Quality
- Work with cross-functional engineering teams to expand technical knowledge and understanding of industrial gas engines
Your Profile:
- Masters degree in Science/Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or working towards it with an existing Bachelors degree
- Strong communication skills in English and Polish (both written and spoken)
- At least 3 years of experience in CAE/FEA simulation and optimization using ANSYS or Abaqus
- Advocate for simulation-first approach
- Passion for mechanical engineering structural analysis reciprocating gas engines or energy systems
- Interest/Experience in Generative Design & Tools Additive Manufacturing and Hydrogen
- Proficiency in Python and programming for automation
- Familiarity with Data Visualization methods like Plotly/Dash
- Problem-solving attitude self-driven curious and analytical thinker
