Job Description
ROLE
The person will provide support to the controlling team of PowerLink for all the activities related to projects controlling monthly financial closure and reporting to the HQ.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Projects cost control and cost allocations between the projects
- Monthly review of the projects budget to be used for the monthly closure and forecast
- Analysis of the open purchase orders in SAP
- Support to the Project Management team to explain the projects performance
- Support the invoicing process to the customer
- Process the month end accruals
- Verification of the correctness of the invoices received in terms of the VAT and check the existence of the purchase order
- Provide the financial details needed by the branches to comply with local fiscal duties
- Support the month end closure and the preparation of the reporting to the Headquarter
