JOB SUMMARY
The Manager of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) is a critical new role that will help ensure the operational efficiency and long-term sustainability for Blackstones assets and projects. Reporting to the President the Manager of O&M will oversee the development planning and day-to-day management of all operations and maintenance activities across various Blackstone departments. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise to support clients in site auditing analyzing existing maintenance agreements assessing asset repair costs and providing strategic recommendations for planned maintenance scope and pricing related to Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) and MESA project equipment systems and assets. The successful candidate will also lead the development and implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support both existing and future O&M operations.
