Associate Nurse Unit Manger

Status: Part Time Positions Available
Classification: Associate Nurse Unit Manager YW11-YW12 based on experience classification as per the Nurses-Midwives-Enterprise-Agreement
About the role:
Mansfield District Hospital is a renowned healthcare institution dedicated to providing high-quality patient and residential care. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) you will play a key role in supporting the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) in the efficient operation of the nursing unit. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities supervising nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of patient-centered care. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership skills clinical expertise and a commitment to maintaining high standards of nursing practice.
At Mansfield Aged Care we offer a friendly comfortable homelike environment. Each has courtyards and beautiful gardens large communal lounge and entertainment areas and more private areas for when you might seek some quiet time or to meet with your family and friends.
All clinical staff work all shifts across the 24-hour day and at 7 days of the week inclusive of public holidays.

Mansfield District Hospital (MDH) is located in Victorias scenic high country at the foot of Mount Buller and on the shores of Lake Eildon only two hours from Melbourne.
At Mansfield District Hospital we provide care for all life stages and critical health needs. This includes acute hospital care urgent care operating theatre obstetrics with a midwifery group practice model aged care regional district nursing service for in-home care and our allied health services.
