Job Title: Cancer Center Employment Engagement 100% onsite

Job Summary:
This position will work to foster a healthy safe and rewarding environment for all Cancer Center employees. As part of its operational function this position will manage day-to-day employee relations functions including but not limited to: employee support onboarding and offboarding functions wellness programs development and implementation conflict resolution adverse action policy development adherence and implementation and consulting on equitable hiring practices. This position will also be expected to participate in recruitment functions for the Center as they pertain to University Staff Cancer Center Members and administrative appointments. The individual selected for this role will need to have strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability for analytical problem solving and mediation. This position is expected to maintain a regular onsite presence to be a visible resource to staff and leadership.

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as
Intermediate: $47515-$55592
Senior: $51367-$60100
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation depending on the level.
