Business Intelligence Analyst
About the Role
Were seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Sock Club team. In this role youll leverage data to uncover insights identify business opportunities and drive strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business acumen and excellent communication skills. This role requires at least 3 days per week in person in our Austin TX office.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain BI solutions using Snowflake and visualization tools like Sigma
- Create intuitive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements
- Integrate data from various sources including CRM systems (Hubspot) and APIs
- Identify trends patterns and opportunities in the data to drive business growth
- Ensure data quality governance and documentation
- Optimize our spend on data processing
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience in business intelligence data analysis or related field
- Proficiency with Snowflake and data visualization tools particularly Sigma
- Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple sources
- Familiarity with CRM systems especially Hubspot
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in our industry or related sectors
- Experience with Python R or other programming languages
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices
- Project management experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Business Analytics or related field
